Definitions and Scope of Agreement

In this document, "96vin", "we" or "platform" refers to the website and services operating under the domain 96vin.onl. "User", "you" or "member" refers to an individual who registers an account or uses any part of this platform.

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between the user and 96vin. The platform operates under international licensing and complies with the relevant regulatory framework. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms is deemed acceptance of those changes.

Account Eligibility and Registration

To open an account and use 96vin's services, users must meet the following requirements:

• Register only one account per individual — multiple accounts for one person are not permitted under any circumstances.

96vin reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including copies of an identity card (MyKad), utility bills or other supporting documents. Failure to provide the required documents may result in restrictions being placed on your account.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the 96vin platform are subject to the following policies. The values stated are final and apply to all payment methods without exception.

• Minimum deposit: RM30 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per request.
• Withdrawal processing time: within 1 hour once verification is complete.
• Accepted methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), Boost, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

All withdrawals will only be processed to an account or e-wallet registered under the same member's name. 96vin does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Any attempt to do so will be declined and may trigger an account review.

Deposits are final once confirmed. No refunds will be made on deposits that have been used for gaming activity. If there is an unused deposit due to a technical error, the user must contact customer support within 24 hours.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

96vin offers various promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated clearly in the relevant promotion terms. Users are responsible for reading those terms before claiming any offer.

Welcome Bonus: 100% of the first deposit up to RM500. The wagering requirement is 15x the total bonus received before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• Example A: Deposit RM100 → bonus RM100 → balance RM200 → wagering RM100 × 15 = RM1,500 must be reached.
• Example B: Deposit RM1,200 → bonus RM500 → balance RM1,700 → wagering RM500 × 15 = RM7,500 must be reached.
• Each account is eligible for the welcome bonus once only.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred or converted directly into cash.
• 96vin reserves the right to cancel a bonus if eligibility requirements are not met.

The 96vin VIP programme consists of five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier provides a different weekly cashback benefit — from up to 0.3% for Bronze to up to 1.5% for Diamond. Tier progression depends on the player's activity and loyalty.

User Conduct and Prohibitions

Users of the 96vin platform are required to comply with the conduct standards set out below. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate action being taken against the account:

• Using software, bots, or automated scripts to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Attempting to exploit technical bugs or system vulnerabilities for personal gain.
• Colluding with other players in games involving more than one participant.
• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity.
• Providing false information to the support team or during the identity verification process.
• Abusing promotions through multiple account registrations or other unauthorised methods.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

• Service interruptions caused by third-party providers, including telecommunications companies or internet service providers.
• Disputed game outcomes where no technical fault can be proven by the system.

• Any betting decisions made by the user of their own accord.

All disputes relating to transactions or game outcomes must be submitted to the customer support team within 72 hours of the date of the incident.
